I don’t even know why and how I rate these movies, but I just feel like it’s a right number. Very interesting movie, but stressful. Just like Darren Aronofsky’s other films Requiem For A Dream and Black Swan, he has his signature in this one. I like his style, even though it is pill popping and stress. The black and white effect gave the film a cool artsy effect on me, I guess that’s what he was going for, and to set the mood and story of the movie.

I’m giving this film this rating because it just isn’t THAT interesting in this day and age, at least for me. I did like it, it is a classic, before the musical or whatever. I still need to watch that one.
